School Counselor 'Headbutts' 11-Year-Old Glasgow Middle Schooler: Cops A 44-year-old middle school guidance counselor has been charged with assault after headbutting an 11-year-old student in Fairfax County, police said. The Glasgow Middle School student called Lorton's Craig Small a "derogative" name on Tuesday, April 16, county police said. Small proceeded to "headbutt" the boy and carry him out of the cafeteria, police said. Lorton Community Center Worker Had Inappropriate Relationship With Teen: Cops A 23-year-old community center employee in Fairfax County has been arrested for having a relationship with a minor, police said. Zoha Sultan, of Lorton, became the center of an investigation on Thursday, April 11, when co-workers told police she'd been having a relationship with a teen attending the Lorton Community Center, Fairfax County police said. Sultan was charged with four counts of Indecent Liberties with a Minor by a Person in a Custodial Position. Sultan was arrested on April 20 and held on no bond. She has been employed at the Lorton Community Center since January 2023.
