Dangerous Carbon Monoxide Levels At Maryland Assisted Living Facility Hospitalizes Two
More than a dozen people were evaluated by paramedics and two were hospitalized after a carbon monoxide leak was reported at a Prince George's County nursing and rehab facility on Monday morning. Shortly after 9:30 a.m. on April 15, crews from the Prince George's County Fire and EMS Department were called to the Sterling Care Hillhaven facility in the 3200 block of Powder Mill Road in Beltsville. Man Struck, Killed By Train In Bethesda Was Suicide:

A pedestrian died by suicide in a train strike Sunday evening, April 14 in Bethesda, WMATA officials said. The unidentified man walked beyond the end gate a the North Bethesda station and intentionally placed himself in the path of the train at approximately 8 p.m., a spokesperson for the agency said. Emergency personnel responded, however, there were no signs of life and the man was pronounced dead at the scene. New I-695 Inner Loop Closure Point To Take Effect Monday: Maryland Transportation Authority
With the entire East Coast continuing to adjust to the collapse of the Key Bridge collapse in Maryland, the state's Transportation Authority announced new closures and alternatives for motorists on I-695. Beginning on Monday, April 15, there will be a new closure point in effect on the Inner Loop.
