A deadly crash closed the outer loop of I-695 early Monday, April 8, Baltimore County police said. The crash happened sometime around 4:30 a.m., closing Exit 18 to I-795. Several people were displaced when a large tree fell and damaged three homes in Montgomery County on Thursday, April 4, responders said. A 12-year-old is in serious condition after being struck by a vehicle in Montgomery County Thursday morning, April 4, according to police.
